VIPS Badge Pinning Ceremony at Concord PD

Left: As a Volunteer_In_Police_Services (VIPS) for Concord PD, I work with the Neighborhood Patrol group. Among other things, we do vacation house checks, write non-moving vehicle code violations (handicapped parking violations, expired tags, etc.) It is a fun and challenging position. I earned my badge following six months of extensive on-the-job training. My husband, Dave is doing the honors.
